I'm really happy with it overall. It was easy to assemble though note on the safety grate which doesn't fit well, it really needs a top clip to keep it in place as its easily dislodged. Also if you have a windy site be sure to anchor in high wind as the height does make it vulnerable to toppling. Fire pit customer service has been excellent in communicating and responding to rectify a fault but I do think this is quite expensive for what it is.
The people left it on the outside of the house, I had to pay £100 for someone to take it to the garden . Would have cost me a fortune to return to get what I wanted (the one with the wooden edges) . No one to speak to!

In relation to the item you ordered, this was the natural/grey model. We confirmed this by email after you ordered. You did not order the teak model. We don't have any messages querying this order.
In relation to the delivery, we sent you an email saying that it was a curb side delivery and that they would usually position anywhere with easy access on a hard flat surface.
We also responded to your email about the ramp to the garden, and that they would position in the garden if there was easy access.
I am so sorry that the delivery company wouldn't take it down a ramp, but we did advise it was a curb side only delivery.
We have checked and can’t find any other messages regarding this order/delivery that we failed to respond to.
The Base 40 is a wonderful fire pit and hope you get many years of enjoyment.

Firstly, the service was amazing - great communication and delivery. The fire bowl wow! its massive and very beautiful and sturdy. We lit the fire and fed 20 + people breakfast, lunch and dinner on the hot plate. Everything cooked really well. it was easy to clean and it looks amazing. really impressed and very happy with the purchase.

The set we ordered is great, good quality, looks lovely and the kids love it better than anything we have had previously, price was good too. What was more amazing though was the service! Fast delivery and was clearly communication throughout. We had an issue with one of the cushions but Neil was fantastic and had it replaced so really happy. Would definitely recommend this company to purchase from and it will be my first go to from now on!

Absolutely love my new Fire pit 4 setter. This is the second one I have bought. The seats are comfortable. The bases and fire pit are made to a very high standard and using the fire pit for chilling the wine or barbecuing and then to light up the fire pit to end a lovely family or friends get together is just magical. Well worth the money my last one is 14 years old and still being used by my son and family.
The grill is well made, the reason I gave four star is the charcoal tray, it’s too small and doesn’t cover the whole grilling area specially if you put skewers on the grill, i have already contacted the customer service for a bigger tray and waiting for replacement, but the grill itself is both aesthetically and materially very good.

Wow! Bought our Jefferson Modeno Firepit from Neil at Firepit.co.uk and it arrived so fast, superbly packaged and best of all what craftship, style, elegance and a stunning feature to our small garden. We used a 6 litre propane gas cylinder from B&Q easy peasy to attach to the already fitted fire pit attached and bingo .. we have smokeless and consistent fire! Not only that but it warms you up! We tried it in the daylight and only had to turn it up half way and you could still see and feel the flames. This is an amazing firepit and Neil was always there to answer all our questions and concerns. Top man and brilliant service. 20/10!
The gas bottle is great complements the fire, hides the bottle and can be used as a table for the wine.
The fire pit is fantastic, it sits like a piece of furniture on the patio brilliantly. The service and communication with Neil was brilliant. Even the delivery was efficient.
